As a locally owned business, we’re not just a gym, we’re a community and we take the health, safety and wellbeing of our members and staff very seriously. Following the Central Government announcement, of a National Lockdown, in relation to COVID-19, our in-club services we will be temporarily closed. We hope to open again soon!
Whilst our doors are temporarily shut, members will still have access to our digital fitness offering, énergie online. This gives them access to the very best in live interactive classes, premium on demand workouts, training programmes as well as tips, challenges, and inspiration.
Don’t worry though, we are currently accepting new memberships at our fun, friendly & safe gym, and look forward to seeing you where you belong at énergie Fitness.

Designed to keep you motivated, active and rewarded directly from home, énergie Online gives you direct access to the very best in live classes, premium on demand workouts, educational wellness webinars, delicious, healthy recipes as well as exclusive discounts to some of the leading products within the industry. You need nothing more than a laptop or a smartphone to get involved and keep active.
We want to keep you as safe as possible. So, we have created a new set of guidelines for using the gym – but will need your help for them to work. There are four golden rules:
- Don’t come in unless you are completely symptom-free.
- Stay 2m away from other members.
- Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.
- Clean your workout space and equipment after use.
If we all work together as a community, we can still get the feel-good factor and feel safe and full of #positiveénergie at the same time.
Where possible we have developed new layouts with the right spacing and/or will have the right amount of equipment available to ensure we can maintain safe social distancing. We will be updating our app to enable members to see live capacity and our booking system has been developed to help manage capacity and tell you when we are busy and when we are quiet. All these measures will ensure that our clubs won’t be overcrowded, and we are confident that we are best placed to manage our capacity and ensure all our members feel looked after, happy, and safe.

Our Cardio suite offers rowers, a Skierg, Stairmaster and Spin bikes. Our treadmills, cross trainers and bikes allow you to access live TV, internet and your own Netflix and Spotify accounts too!
We play and whether you’ve ever tried a class or not, we have something for everyone and a choice of over 40 classes each week! No matter what your age, shape, size or fitness level, we’re here to create a place for you and in the new way of working, current industry restrictions, we've worked hard to deliver an epic mixture of online, in Club and outdoor sessions so that no matter what your situation, we are there to motivate you.
