Lost your fitness mojo recently? We know the feeling. But we have some great news; we are now open.
As a locally owned business, we’re not just a gym, we’re a community and we take the health, safety and wellbeing of our members and staff very seriously. We know that many of you are really keen to get back to a better fitness routine and we want to assure you that you will be able to do so with full social distancing in a clean and safe training environment. We feel positive about our plan (which you can find more about here) and can’t wait to see you where you belong at énergie Fitness.

We have comprehensive plan in place to ensure the safety of members and staff, while maximising the opportunity for our members to return to fitness. These include a wide range of measures including a comprehensive cleaning plan, contactless entry, personal protective equipment for all staff, hand sanitiser stations, changing layouts for controlling capacity and more. All these measures will ensure that our members feel looked after, happy, and safe.
We want to keep our members as safe as possible. So, we have created a new set of guidelines for using the gym. There are four golden rules:
- Don’t come in unless you are completely symptom-free.
- Stay 2m away from other members.
- Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.
- Clean your workout space and equipment after use.
If we all work together as a community, we can still get the feel-good factor and feel safe and full of #positiveénergie at the same time.
