Local owners Agha and Esmeralda are delighted to offer you a brand new gym with the latest Precor kit and equipment, and Énergie’s unique fitness playground ‘THE YARD’ complete with Hatton Boxing bags, TRX and more! We offer around 20 amazing fitness classes throughout the week. This will range from the fantastic ‘THE YARD’ functional fitness experiences, with a variety of classes ranging from our low impact class all the way up to our high impact classes.

We want it to become a place that people wanting truly professional fitness advice can come and develop in their chosen sport and the place that people new to fitness can feel comfortable and supported in the start of their fitness journey. Our goal is to create a friendly, clean, fun and cosy environment and leave our members with a big smile.
