On Saturday 12th May, Energie Fitness opened a brand-new 8,000sqft gym in Bridgend Shopping Centre. The new gym features a free weights area, cardiovascular equipment, Olympic Lifting Platform and changing facilities, alongside a dedicated training studio with over 40 classes per week.

Bridgend is also the latest Energie club to feature thé YARD Club Edition. Unique to the Energie Fitness, thé YARD Club Edition comprises a circuit-based studio with punch bags, suspension trainers, slam balls, benches and more, using MYZONE heart-rate monitors to track effort and performance.

In addition to Personal Trainers who are available for private sessions, Energie Fitness Bridgend offers ‘émpower’ – a unique 30-day results guaranteed programme for members.
