Our new digital platform, énergie Online, covering fitness, mindset & nutrition, gives you everything you need to help you achieve your goals.
With over 50 high-quality live classes every week, hundreds of on-demand workouts, delicious recipes, regular podcasts and written blogs, énergie Online will keep you active, inspired and healthy wherever you are. You need nothing more than a laptop or a smartphone to get involved.
What's more, we're currently offering lots of options for our classes! In-club, in the local park & with énergie Online. Our additional studio classes of spinning & yoga are now back on and available on the WOW membership.

WELCOME TO ENERGIE FITNESS HIGHBURY
Looking for a gym in Highbury or the surrounding areas? We're the friendliest & best value gym in Islington, covering the whole borough! We've had a recent refurbishment & new equipment too. We’re just a short walk away if you’re looking for a gym near Holloway Road tube station. We’re also the perfect option if you're looking for a gym close to Highbury & Islington station. We're also a gym local to Caledonian Road & Finsbury Park, close to both tube stations, if you live or work near there.
Whilst we don’t like the phrase ‘cheap gym’ (as that could sometimes mean poor quality) our members tell us we’re the cheapest gym locally with prices starting at £22.99 and including fitness classes too, every fitness class you you need! We prefer to say ‘value gym’ as we offer a great personal service and we also have 2 studio areas and a full schedule including yoga, spinning, boxing, HiiT and lots more. Our functional training area, free weights and boxing zone and resistance machines are first class and our trained team will help you get results.
Qualified fitness instructors are always on hand and happy to help. We offer free 1-1 programs and we'll help you get started if you've never been a member of a gym but we can accelerate your results or remotivate too if you're much more experienced. We have excellent personal trainers as well who offer free personal training taster sessions.
