Our 7,000 sq ft Energie Fitness Gym, located at Briarhill Business Park, Galway, is a locally managed club and thrives to make it a community based gym. You will feel completely comfortable in your surroundings regardless of your fitness levels.
We accommodate for everyone’s goals no matter how big or small. Our friendly staff are very approachable and are more than willing to help out where necessary. We have staff on the gym floor at all times to insure you are training in a safe and secure manner. Personal Trainers to help you achieve your fitness goals and spotless top class changing room facilities along with the best equipment to insure all levels of fitness can train to their full potential.
Our facility consists of a free weights area, plate loaded equipment, machine equipment, extensive range of cardio equipment, a functional training zone and a Studio with all classes imaginable, free of charge.
We know that many of you are really keen to get back to a better fitness routine and we want to assure you that you will be able to do so with full social distancing in a clean and safe training environment. GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our club will feature over 200 group classes a month. These classes range from high intensity classes such as Spin, TRX and HIIT and are all included as part of your membership. Guests are also welcome to try out various different classes on our timetable

At Energie Fitness Galway, you can benefit from our Personal Training Service provided by highly experienced and qualified trainers. Our personal training service involves one-to-one sessions focused on creating individual programs allowing you to concentrate on specific exercises that will help achieve the perfect results you desire.
Our personal trainers will conduct an initial assessment aimed at analyzing your fitness level and based on the assessment, they will put together a program, which is specifically tailored for you. The exercise program will take into account your current fitness level as well as nutrition aimed at ensuring that you achieve your desired goals. Ultimately our personal training team will guide you through a program, which will help you improve your diet and lifestyle.

We have comprehensive plan in place to ensure the safety of members and staff, while maximising the opportunity for our members to return to fitness. These include a wide range of measures including a comprehensive cleaning plan, contactless entry, personal protective equipment for all staff, hand sanitiser stations, changing layouts for controlling capacity and more. All these measures will ensure that our members feel looked after, happy, and safe.
We want to keep our members as safe as possible. So, we have created a new set of guidelines for using the gym. There are four golden rules:
- Don’t come in unless you are completely symptom-free.
- Stay 2m away from other members.
- Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.
- Clean your workout space and equipment after use.
If we all work together as a community, we can still get the feel-good factor and feel safe and full of #positiveénergie at the same time.
