Our new digital platform, énergie Online, covering fitness, mindset & nutrition, gives you everything you need to help you achieve your goals.
With over 50 high-quality live classes every week, hundreds of on-demand workouts, delicious recipes, regular podcasts and written blogs, énergie Online will keep you active, inspired and healthy wherever you are.
You need nothing more than a laptop or a smartphone to get involved.
SAFE EXERCISE
We have comprehensive plan in place to ensure the safety of members and staff, while maximising the opportunity for our members to return to fitness. These include a wide range of measures including a comprehensive cleaning plan, contactless entry, personal protective equipment for all staff, hand sanitiser stations, changing layouts for controlling capacity and more. All these measures will ensure that our members feel looked after, happy, and safe.
