The Yard

Exclusive to énergie Fitness, the Yard is a seriously cool training space. Our fitness playground is equipped with a range of versatile kit, such as punch bags, TRX, and slam balls. Our Yard classes combine high intensity interval training and functional equipment for an extra tough 30-minute workout, which enables you to incorporate all the muscles in your body and burn the maximum amount of calories, whilst pushing your heart rate further than normal.

MyZone

Used in several of our classes, the world-class Myzone fitness belts are popular with all our members who want to track their workout in real-time, and power their training with data. The MyZone fitness belt is triggered by your heart rate to track your workouts. Once you’ve finished at the gym, simply open the Myzone app and watch your workout data upload automatically via Bluetooth. You’ll be able to see exactly how many calories you’ve burned and how many Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) you’ve achieved.

Muay Thai

This martial art class provides a challenging full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance. Through the use of all eight limbs for offensive and defensive purposes, this class is a highly versatile and dynamic combat sport.

Power Pilates

Engage all major muscle groups by focusing on form, speed, and control throughout this mindful challenging Pilates practice. Move briskly through a plank series, a side lying oblique and legs series and supine abdominal work to finish with a full body burn.
