Cranberry Coconut Energy Balls

Energise your day with our Cranberry Coconut Energy Balls. Packed with nutritious ingredients and a hint of orange zest, these delightful treats are perfect for a quick snack or a pre-workout boost

Method

  1. Remove the stones from the medjool dates.

  2. Place all the ingredients, except the chopped cranberries, into a food processor and pulse until you get a sticky mixture.

  3. Tip the mixture into a large bowl and mix the chopped cranberries in.

  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.

  5. Place in the fridge for a few hours to set.

  6. These will keep in the fridge for up to a week or you can freeze them - just defrost for an hour or so before eating.
