Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth batter like consistency (add a dash of milk/ water if required)

  2. Transfer to an oven proof dish

  3. Add your toppings in

  4. Bake at 170°C for approx. 20-25 mins

  5. Enjoy warm!

Option 1: Mixed Berries & Granola

Option 2: 85% Dark Chocolate & Orange
