Class Description

Energie HIIT - An explosive and fun interval style workout which is tailored to your level and designed to torch fat and burn calories during and after the workout.

Energie Core - 30 minutes abs and lower back focus which aids posture, increase definition and have your core solid in no time!

Energie Cycle - A great and fun way to burn calories, tone legs and build aerobic endurance on a stationary but exhilarating bike ride.

Energie Box - Explosive boxing style workout which aids muscular endurance and tone. Energie box is also a great way to relieve stress!

Energie Mobilise - A workout which includes static and dynamic stretching aids development of core strength, balance, flexibility, co-ordination and proprioception.

Kickstart – This is much more than your bog-standard induction, it is a group session (max capacity 5) and a great way to introduce you to the club, the energie fitness team, the energie promise and values.  We will make sure you feel confident with all we have to offer and take you through the tailored kickstart session which will hopefully leave you feeling a little sore… but definitely wanting more.

Energie Fusion - This is a combination of Mobilise, Pilaties and Yoga with a sprinkle of our own energie magic.  We utilise our unique open plan layout and great club atmosphere to put our own spin on these disciplines with our fantastic  instructor Eileen.

Energie LBT - Tone up, Firm up and burn fat from your waist, hips and thighs in this 30 minute workout which is designed to burn as many calories as possible using the biggest muscles in the body.
